Originally meant to be a lighthearted look on daily life, the artist Kidd Cosmos reflects on their mental illness through hilarious comic strips drawn every hour they were awake on February 1st.

Throughout the day, Kidd discovers that poking fun at their paranoia, anxiety, and depression works as a strange yet effective coping mechanism. This book is great for people with mental health issues that are looking for something uplifting that doesn't take itself too seriously.
